Association Loan & Capital Project Readiness| Breakfast Served!
Join Trident Management (Jason Schoenholtz), First Citizens Bank (Jayme Gelfand) and Kaye Bender Rembaum (Michael S. Bender, Esq. BCS) for a practical, conversational discussion about what boards should have in place before funding a major project. The panel will walk through a realistic association scenario and examine the decision from the lender, legal/governance and management perspectives. Attendees will leave with a clearer picture of what makes an association loan-ready, where projects get delayed, and what boards can do earlier to improve their options.
The program will be moderated by Trident's Teri Perez. No CEUs; informational discussion only. Breakfast and pre-panel networking will be from 8am-8:30am. The program will begin at 8:30am.
