Joseph graduated from Purdue University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Following his studies at Purdue, he entered the graduate program in Chemistry at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with a Master’s in Chemistry in 1993. Thereafter he managed a medical research laboratory for Dr. Anthony F. Shields at Wayne State University’s School of Medical while also attending Wayne State University’s College of Law. Joe graduated with a J.D. from Wayne State in 2002 before moving to Central Florida, where he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. He previously practiced with other Central Florida Community Association firms, as well as running his own firm for a number of years. He joined Kaye Bender Rembaum in early 2024, working out of the Orlando, FL office as part of the Community Association group
