Zachary S. Morse is an Associate at the Firm’s Pompano Beach location focusing on community association law. Graduating from the University of Florida in 2017 with a major in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship, he then obtained a law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020.

Obtaining his Florida Bar License in 2020 marked the beginning of Zachary’s career in law. Starting out at a full-service firm representing financial professionals, Zachary handled a wide range of cases, from defending against investor complaints to resolving industry disputes and defamation cases. His work also involved negotiating notes and assisting clients in transitioning to new broker-dealers or RIAs, as well as defending against regulatory inquiries from various agencies and organizations.

Zachary joined Kaye Bender Rembaum in 2024 and serves as a community association attorney, providing dedicated support and legal guidance to the Firm’s association clients.
