Mr. Smith graduated from Nova-Southeastern Law School and has been a member of the Florida and Federal Bars since 1994. Stuart started his practice as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida where he was recognized as “attorney of the year” multiple times.

In 1996, Mr. Smith left the Public Defender’s office and began his career in private practice with Robert Kaye, where he developed knowledge of Association and collection litigation and staff supervision skills. Since 2000 Stuart has both owned a sole practice Firm and served as a managing attorney for a national law firm specializing in representation of major financial institutions. Mr. Smith has over 27 years of litigation experience and is now practicing in both general association and collection areas at Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L.
