David Dilts, Esq.
David Dilts graduated from Old Dominion University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Politics. He subsequently attended the Western New England University School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2000. Mr. Dilts then served as clerk in the Hartford Superior Court for Judges Robert Satter, Samuel Freed and Robert Shapiro. He became a member of the Connecticut Bar in 2003 and began his career practicing insurance defense for the firm of Trendowski & Allen in Centerbrook, Connecticut. David became a member of the United States District Court of Connecticut in 2005. Mr. Dilts relocated to Florida in 2007, became a member of the Florida Bar in 2009, and began practicing Foreclosure Law shortly thereafter. Prior to joining Kaye Bender Rembaum, Mr. Dilts was a litigation associate at a South Florida law firm where he focused on all aspects of lender foreclosures. Mr. Dilts joined Kaye Bender Rembaum as an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Foreclosure Department in October of 2024.
