Andrew FitzPatrick graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors Degree in Art, followed by Barry University School of Law, graduating in 2014. Andrew was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017. During his first few years he accumulated much experience in foreclosure defense and insurance litigation.
In 2024 he joined Kaye Bender Rembaum as an associate attorney to assist the Firm’s clients with all areas of community association representation, including regulatory compliance, rules and covenant enforcement, document amendments and creation, election procedures, and clients’ education.
