Christopher Posner is a community association attorney at the Firm’s Pompano Beach, FL. location. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance before graduating from the Florida State University College of Law in 2018. Mr. Posner has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2018.

Prior to joining Kaye Bender Rembaum in 2024, Christopher worked for a firm that represented Community Associations, gaining experience in several areas of the field including covenant enforcement, contract disputes and collections.

Christopher assists clients with all aspects of their community association legal needs, including drafting and reviewing of documents and amendments, compliance and enforcement issues, meeting assistance, and clients’ education on community association matters.
