Ms. Schwarzfeld (pictured above left) works in the Firm’s construction law/complex litigation department and has been with KBR since 2016. She focuses her practice on all aspects of litigation including covenant enforcement disputes, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, code enforcement actions and other complex litigation matters from inception through appeal.

Mr. Levin (pictured above center) joined the Firm in 2018 and works in KBR’s general civil litigation department. Prior to joining Kaye Bender Rembaum, Mr. Levin was an associate at a South Florida law firm where he focused on all aspects of community association law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011, and began his career practicing tax, corporate, estate planning and community association law at a small firm in St. Augustine.

Mr. Smith (pictured above right) graduated from Nova-Southeastern Law School and has been a member of the Florida and Federal Bars since 1994. In 1996, Mr. Smith left the Public Defender’s office and began his career in private practice with Robert Kaye, where he developed knowledge of Association and collection litigation and staff supervision skills. Since 2000 Stuart has both owned a sole practice Firm and served as a managing attorney for a national law firm specializing in representation of major financial institutions. Mr. Smith has over 27 years of litigation experience and is now practicing in both general association and collection areas at Kaye Bender Rembaum.
