This course will present a comprehensive view of a homeowners’ association’s and Community Association Manager’s (CAM’s) responsibility to obtain, maintain and allow access to official records, the obligation to create and upload documents to a website or other online forum and penalties applicable to CAMs and Board Members for violating the law.

Registration is limited to one (1) participant per entry. Organizations or groups seeking to have multiple attendees must ensure that each individual registers separately and views the course on their own device, using the link provided for them after each individual registers.
