- Note 1: The DBPR Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares & Mobile Homes requires that all Board Members who attend must conduct their own webinar registration and, on the day of the webinar, log in/join in on their own, with their own unique link (or phone in information) provided by Zoom. This must take place even if you watch with other people. This assures you will appear on the attendance sheet, providing proof of attendance.
- Note 2: This is a course for Board Members of an HOA (Homeowners’ Association). If you are a Board Member for a Condominium or a Cooperative, this class will NOT satisfy your state requirement.
