- Certificates are sent to the email address you entered WHEN YOU REGISTER, and uses that data, including your full name, to auto-create and email the certificates. Be sure your email address is correct. DO NOT type your name in all capital letters. Format like this: Clark Kent
- Regardless of your email service, keep tabs on Spam and other folders in the days after the webinar. The email with your certificate will come from: [email protected] | You can also save that address in your Contacts to help ensure proper email delivery.
- You MUST attend using YOUR OWN unique link you will receive after you register. If you watch in a group using one person’s link, we are unable to prove to the Division that you actually attended.
- On webinar day you must arrive on time and attend in full. Partial attendance will not result in certification.
