Our panel will cover essential operational protocols, such as securing common area amenities, testing backup generators, and reviewing emergency vendor contracts. Participants also learn to navigate complex legal and financial responsibilities, including confirming board authority for special assessments and evaluating insurance coverage for wind and flood damage. The session will also cover the steps an association should take to recover from losses incurred due to the storms.
