You’ve heard the bill highlights. This isn’t that. This is not another legal summary — this is a survival briefing. The Legislature didn’t just change the rules — they changed who gets blamed when things go wrong. New affidavits. New funding timelines. New legal consequences for doing nothing. One missed form, one bad assumption, and suddenly you’re the one exposed.
Join Travis Moore — the CAI lobbyist personally praised by the Florida Senate for his intricate work on this bill (a rare public nod to a lobbyist). He’ll be joined by condo law attorney Michael S. Bender, and Tara Stone from Stone Building Solutions, the industry’s go-to for reserve strategy and structural compliance, to walk you through exactly what to do, what not to do, what to redo, and what (maybe) can wait.
