HOA Board Member Certification

Note 1: The DBPR Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares & Mobile Homes requires that all Board Members who attend must conduct their own webinar registration and, on the day of the webinar, log in/join in on their own, with their own unique link (or phone in information) provided by Zoom. This must take place even if you watch with other people. This assures you will appear on the attendance sheet, providing proof of attendance.

Note 2: This is a course for Board Members of an HOA (Homeowners’ Association). If you are a Board Member for a Condominium or a Cooperative, this class will NOT satisfy your state requirement.

This new HOA board certification course satisfies the Certification requirements of the new legislation which went into effect on July 1, 2024. Board members will receive a comprehensive education of the statutory requirements and responsibilities that each volunteer must know to more effectively serve on the Board of Directors of a Homeowners’ Association.

This special event is part of The Florida Condo Education Initiative Series webinar series, a partnership between the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes' and the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
