Attendees will better understand and be able to more effectively implement all facets of the community association elections process. This includes requirements as they relate to properly noticing and running annual meetings and elections; handling vacancies; in-person/remote/hybrid membership meetings and elections; electronic voting; the election of officers; board certifications; election records; and, disputes and recalls.
