CAMs and Board Members- Please join us for an all-day, back to budget season experience! This 9:30am-3:30pm experience is designed to be a fun and relaxed atmosphere to learn important industry information and meet strong industry partners to assist you with budget season needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn two CEU credits, attend a fun and interactive vendor trade show with 11 category exclusive vendors, and enjoy a relaxed happy hour at the conclusion of the event. Continential breakfast, and a hot catered lunch from George’s Cafe are included. Please see the event schedule below:

• • 9:30am: Check in for the event, and enjoy fruit, coffee, juice, and fresh baked pastries from George’s Cafe on Park Avenue!
  • 10:15am-11:15am: COURSE #1– Insurance Class with Kevin Halverson from Sihle Insurance (earn one IFM credit for this class)
  • 11:15am-1:15pm: Vendor trade show with 11 category exclusive vendors to help you with all your budget season needs! Also enjoy a lovely hot catered lunch from George’s Cafe.
  • 1:30pm-2:30pm: CLASS #2- 2026 Legal Update with Alan Schwartzseid from Kaye Bender Rembaum, PL (earn one Legal Credit for this class)
  • 2:30pm-3:30pm: School’s Out- Happy Hour Time!

Provided by Kaye Bender Rembaum, led by Kerstin Henze, Esq. from KBR’s Tampa location. Board members will receive a comprehensive education of the statutory requirements and responsibilities that each volunteer must know to more effectively serve on the Board of Directors of a Homeowners’ Association.

What credit/certification does this class offer? This session will provide HOA Board Members with the HOA Board Member Certification. Attending CAMS can also receive CEUS in IFM, OPP or ELE. If you are a board member in a condominium or a cooperative, this is not the certification class for you.
