    11:00 am-12:15 pm
    07/31/2026

Unpaid assessment greatly impact community association and are in turn greatly impacted by whether they are fully and properly enforced under the community governing documents and Florida case law. Lack of understanding of the assessment and collection processes, and the charges which can be included therein, can create liability exposure to the association and its members. Lack of enforcement may hinder association operations, leaving community associations without the funds needed to properly operate and maintain the community.

This course will provide new and experienced Community Association Managers with information on the steps and guidelines necessary for the associations’ collections process. Participants will also learn about common pitfalls in assessment collection by management and community associations in general.
