This course will provide new and experienced Condominium Board Members with the latest legislative updates affecting their Florida Condominium Associations.

Important, please read:

• Note 1: On webinar day you must arrive on time and attend in full. Partial attendance will not result in receipt of a certificate.
• Note 2: Board Members who attend must conduct their own webinar registration and, on the day of the webinar, log in/join in on their own, with their own unique link (or phone in information) provided by Zoom. This must take place even if you watch with other people. This assures you will appear on the attendance sheet, providing proof of attendance.
• Note 3: This is a course for Board Members of a Condominium Association. If you are a Board Member for a Homeowners’ (HOA) or a Cooperative, this class will NOT satisfy your state CEU requirement. There is no CEU for CAMS.

Board members will receive a comprehensive education of the statutory requirements and responsibilities that each volunteer must know to more effectively serve on the Board of Directors of a Condominium Association.

What credit/certification does this class offer? This session will provide Condominium Board Members with the Condominium Board Member Certification. Attending CAMS can also receive CEUS in IFM, HR, OPP or ELE. If you are a board member in a homeowners’ association or a cooperative association, this is not the certification class for you.
