Association Bank Loans: What CAMS Need to Know

The class will instruct CAMs on the ins and outs of obtaining a loan for a Community Association. There are many details involved with financing a project for Community Associations. This class will go over the process from start to finish, including funding options, justification, liability, collateral, types of financing, repayment options, and general requirements.
