This must take place even if you watch with other people. This assures you will appear on the attendance sheet, providing proof of attendance.
 - Note 3: This is a course for Board Members of an Condominium Association. If you are a Board Member for a Homeowners’ (HOA) or a Cooperative, this class will NOT satisfy your state CEU requirement.
