• An understanding of how to protect the Owners Association’s interests in the project by selecting the right team of professionals.
• Integrating a feasibility study to help guide the planning process to ensure that project goals are appropriately identified during Pre-Construction and ultimately achieved throughout Construction.
• An overview of adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Understanding project documentation and communications that include construction documents, RFIs, shop submittals, proposed change orders, and OAC meeting minutes.
