This webinar covers the essentials of condominium board membership, and is updated regularly to remain current with legislative amendments to Florida’s Condominium Act. In addition, this webinar satisfies Florida’s requirement for new condominium board members. It also serves as an excellent refresher course. Licensed CAMS will receive two (2) CE credits as IFM or ELE.

• An overview of the roles of the Owner, Architect and the Construction Contractors during the Pre-Construction and Construction phases of a renovation project.
• An understanding of how to protect the Owners Association’s interests in the project by selecting the right team of professionals.
• Integrating a feasibility study to help guide the planning process to ensure that project goals are appropriately identified during Pre-Construction and ultimately achieved throughout Construction.
• An overview of adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Understanding project documentation and communications that include construction documents, RFIs, shop submittals, proposed change orders, and OAC meeting minutes.
