Learn the differences between a right of approval and a right of first refusal, the fair housing and anti-discrimination issues that must be taken into account, how to conduct the screening process in a uniform and consistent manner and what steps must be taken in connection with approval or rejection of an application for transfer approval, and suggestions for proper restrictions on “guests”.

Attendees will have the opportunity to earn two CEU credits, attend a fun and interactive vendor trade show with 11 category exclusive vendors, and enjoy a relaxed happy hour at the conclusion of the event. Continential breakfast, and a hot catered lunch from George's Cafe are included. Please see the event schedule below:

      • 9:30am: Check in for the event, and enjoy fruit, coffee, juice, and fresh baked pastries from George's Cafe on Park Avenue!
      • 10:15am-11:15am: COURSE #1- Insurance Class with Kevin Halverson from Sihle Insurance (earn one IFM credit for this class)
      • 11:15am-1:15pm: Vendor trade show with 11 category exclusive vendors to help you with all your budget season needs! Also enjoy a lovely hot catered lunch from George's Cafe.
