Areas covered include HB-897 relating to Timeshare Plan Management; HB-913 relating to Condominium and Cooperative Associations; SB-108 relating to Administrative Procedures; SB-472 relating to Education in Correctional Facilities; and SB-948 relating to Flood Disclosure. The webinar offers two (2) Legal CEUs for licensed Florida CAMS and also satisfies the annual Legal CEU requirement for Florida Condominium Board Members.
