1. 1. Certificates are sent to the email address you entered WHEN YOU REGISTER, and uses that data, including your full name, to auto-create and email the certificates. Be sure your email address is correct. DO NOT type your name in all capital letters. Format like this: Clark Kent
   2. Regardless of your email service, keep tabs on Spam and other folders in the days after the webinar. The email with your certificate will come from: [email protected] | You can also save that address in your Contacts to help ensure proper email delivery.
   3. You MUST attend using YOUR OWN unique link you will receive after you register. If you watch in a group using one person’s link, we are unable to prove to the Division that you actually attended.
