Karina Flores is an Associate Attorney at the Firm’s Winter Springs location, having joined Kaye Bender Rembaum in 2026. Prior to joining KBR, Karina served as an Assistant Public Defender in Tampa and practiced law in the areas of civil and criminal defense litigation and workers’ compensation.

Karina graduated from University of Central Florida, Cum Laude, in 2017, with a B.S. in Legal Studies and Business Administration. Then in 2020 she received her J.D. (Cum Laude) from the Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Flores was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020.

With Kaye Bender Rembaum, Karina assists clients with all aspects of their community association legal needs, including drafting and amending governing documents, contract review, compliance and enforcement issues, and corporate governance matters.
