Cecile F. Cochran is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Winter Springs office, where she focuses on pre-suit and post-suit litigation on behalf of condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout Florida. She brings more than 20-years of litigation experience, including extensive work in first-party property insurance, insurance defense, and complex civil litigation matters.

Cecile began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, where she gained significant courtroom and trial experience, successfully trying numerous cases to verdict. She subsequently practiced with several prominent law firms, including Akerman LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP, representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Her experience includes the defense of nursing homes throughout Florida, first-party property insurance disputes, general insurance defense, contract disputes, product liability claims, and commercial litigation.

Throughout her career, Cecile has built a reputation for providing strategic, results-driven representation. She combines extensive trial experience with practical dispute resolution skills to efficiently and effectively advocate for her clients’ interests. Her commitment to client service, attention to detail, and strong advocacy enable her to achieve favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.

Cecile is a member of The Florida Bar, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Seminole County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
