Eric is an Associate Attorney at the Firm’s Winter Springs (Orlando-area) location, having joined Kaye Bender Rembaum in 2026 as a part of the Community Association group. Known for his collaborative approach, Eric works closely with clients to understand their goals and develop sound legal strategies that support sustainable success, focusing on all aspects of community association law.

Prior to joining Kaye Bender Rembaum, Eric founded and led his own practice for 12-years, focusing on business law, corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance, and strategic transactional matters. Eric advised numerous start-ups, small, and mid-sized businesses on contract negotiation, partnership agreements, vendor relationships, and business structuring to foster growth and mitigate risk. 

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida in 2009 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2013 and is in good standing with the Florida Bar. Outside of the Firm, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities, reading, and staying active.
