Marcus Kelly graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a Master of Business Administration. He holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. In 2004, Marcus enlisted in the United States Army for four years and served one tour in Iraq. After his military service, Marcus worked as an Adjunct Professor and Flight Instructor. Thereafter he continued his public service as an Assistant Public Defender for the 15th judicial circuit  for five years.   Marcus’s professional affiliations include the Florida Bar’s Professional Ethics and Real Estate committees along with the prestigious Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court. In 2024 he joined Kaye Bender Rembaum as an associate attorney to assist the Firm’s clients with all aspects of community association representation.
