Jeffrey Green is Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law and a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated member of the Firm. In 2024 he was named Litigation Chair for Kaye Bender Rembaum, directing the Litigation Department. Mr. Green brings a broad range of expertise to civil litigation, complex and commercial litigation, construction litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He routinely represents community associations in multi-million-dollar construction defect disputes, as well as construction and accounting turnover claims arising from the transition of control from developers to non-developer owners. Additionally, Mr. Green handles lien claims, bond claims, insurance coverage disputes, code enforcement actions, and other complex litigation matters from inception through appeal.
