Chuck Nix is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Winter Springs Office. Prior to joining Kaye Bender Rembaum in 2025, Chuck focused on commercial real estate and business transactional projects. He gained experience at both private law firms and in management positions for publicly traded companies, including conducting full spectrum due diligence on a variety of commercial real estate assets across the country. Chuck represented private companies, developers, title companies, governmental entities, lenders, investors and landowners, among others in commercial acquisitions and dispositions throughout the State of Florida. A large portion of his experience includes advising clients on contracts, matters affecting title, zoning and land use rights. As an important part of this work, Chuck drafted and negotiated an array of commercial documents and acted as both a closing and title agent during his career.

With Kaye Bender Rembaum, Chuck assists clients with all aspects of their community association legal needs, including drafting and reviewing of documents and amendments, compliance and enforcement issues, contract review, meeting assistance, and client education on community association matters.

Chuck attended the University of Florida, graduating with honors. He received a J.D./M.B.A. dual degree from Stetson College of Law and Stetson University School of Business Administration, respectively.
