2025 Legislative Session Update for Community Associations

Rescheduled FROM May 13th, due to the extended Legislative Session by the State.

Florida community association attorney, Michael S. Bender, BCS (Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L.), will be on hand to relay what was discussed during the 2025 Legislative session. Mr. Bender will speak about the legislative process and what community association bills we might expect to become law later this summer.

Marcie Gershoni from Community Cable Consultants will also be in attendance to offer insight on some of the communication technologies available to community associations. Light refreshments will be served.
