Attendees will learn about the process of funding construction projects. The primary focus of the program is to review with attendees the different sources of funds that may be available to address construction projects and the procedures to be followed to properly utilize those sources of funds. Attendees will learn tips to avoid pitfalls when planning for large projects. We will also cover what proper construction contracts should and should not contain.
