HOA Board Member Certification - Read before continuing:

• Note 1: The DBPR Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares & Mobile Homes requires that all Board Members who attend must conduct their own webinar registration and, on the day of the webinar, log in/join in on their own, with their own unique link (or phone in information) provided by Zoom. • Note 2: This is a course for Board Members of an HOA (Homeowners' Association). If you are a Board Member for a Condominium or a Cooperative, this class will NOT satisfy your state requirement.

This NEW condo board certification course satisfies the educational requirements of the new legislation which went into effect on July 1, 2024. The new legislation states that, “Condominium association board members must take a 4-hour board member certification course with certain subjects mandated within 90-days after being elected or appointed to the board.” This course fulfills this requirement.
