Attendees will learn about the latest legislative changes affecting Florida Community Associations, its Board Members, its Members and the Managers and Management Companies that serve them. Areas covered include HB-897 relating to Timeshare Plan Management; HB-913 relating to Condominium and Cooperative Associations; SB-108 relating to Administrative Procedures; SB-472 relating to Education in Correctional Facilities; and SB-948 relating to Flood Disclosure. The webinar offers two (2) Legal CEUs for licensed Florida CAMS and also satisfies the annual Legal CEU requirement for Florida Condominium Board Members.
**Arriving after the start time (and/or remaining to the end) may NOT result in receiving a certificate, certification(s) or CEUs.**
**You must register on your own and attend with your own link provided after registering. Do not watch in a group using one person's attendance link.**

Who receives a CEU?
- For CAMS: One (1) CEU in HR/ELE
- For HOA Board Members: One (1) CEU towards your annual requirement
Attendees will learn about election law and procedures for condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners’ associations, including eligibility requirements and terms of directors, best practices for remote meetings, vacancies between elections, and election disputes.
Note: To receive credit, you must arrive on time and remain until the final slide is completed. Each person must register on his/her/their own and attend with the unique link provided after registering (do not share attendee links or watch in groups with one person’s link as this does not provide attendance proof for each person).
