Since 2000 Stuart has both owned a sole practice Firm and served as a managing attorney for a national law firm specializing in representation of major financial institutions. Mr. Smith has over 27 years of litigation experience and is now practicing in both general association and collection areas at Kaye Bender Rembaum.
